If an item is not available for immediate dispatch you will be notified by email and advised of the expected delay. In the event that an item is sold out and your order is unable to be fulfilled we will notify you via email, and where available, provide you with the option of an exchange, cancellation or back order.
Please note that extra large or heavy orders may exceed any previously quoted freight cost. If this happens we will get in touch to agree the increased charge before dispatching your order.
When your order leaves our warehouse, we will send a shipment confirmation which will contain a link to track your order.
Trade orders are subject to shipping charges, which will be calculated at once orders have been placed and invoiced separately.
Orders to UK, EU, USA, Canada and Australia are delivered duty paid.
Orders outside of the UK, EU, USA, Canada and Australia may be subjected to Import Duties & possible Sales Taxes at point of entry. These charges are the purchaser's liability and must be paid by the purchaser.
For products purchased in the shop customers are responsible for all delivery costs, as well as any customs duties and taxes applicable in the destination country.
If an order is shipped to a customer from the shop and is then unclaimed and be returned to us, we will issue a refund for the cost of the goods only. Please note that any return delivery fees, including shipping charges and duties and taxes, will be deducted from this refund.
